Birkenhead Park

The mini Pump Track was made by NCS volunteers in Summer 2018. The volunteers were asked by local young people to help make a pump track in Birkenhead. NCS approached HYPE as there was a space unused within our park and the rest is history. It took the volunteers just one week and 9 tonnes of topsoil to build the track.

It is the perfect location for primary aged children to gain experience on their first pump track.

Velodrome Huyton

Based at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park in Huyton, the 400m velodrome has a 7m cycle track with the BMX course built to a national standard, including a pump track. The Velodrome cost £1.4m and was opened in 2012. Watch here

Delemere Forest

Delemere Forest mountain bike trail centre and the No Brains bike park is situated in Delemere, Cheshire. The forest is best known for its bike park jumps and thrills rather than the xc trails which are also there. There is a cycle skill bike park and a 12km xc trail. Watch here
